Note: We do not process online payments or collect money through this platform. All payments are made in person (Cash / UPI ) upon delivery or pickup.

2. No Online Payments or Transactions

• This platform is used only for order booking and customer communication.
• We do not collect, store, or process any credit card, debit card, or banking information.
•  Payment will be completed directly with our delivery executive or at our shop counter.
• Any third-party link for payment (if ever shared manually) is not part of this platform, and Badshah Chicken is not responsible for any external transaction.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are subject to daily market changes.
• Product availability may vary based on local stock.
• In case of unavailability, our team will inform you before delivery.
• All weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to trimming or cleaning.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available within specified local areas only.
• Standard delivery time: within 90 minutes of order confirmation (depending on location and demand).
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable reasons.

5. Quality Assurance

We ensure all chicken is fresh, hygienically handled, and locally sourced. If you ever receive a product that does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us immediately — we’ll address it promptly.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once confirmed by call & order in delivery phase cannot be cancelled online.
• For any order-related issues, please contact our support number directly.
• Refunds or replacements will be handled manually by our team after verifying the concern.
